I am a Board-Certified Psychiatrist who specializes in the treatment of adults. I use an evidence-based, comprehensive approach and integrate medicine with preventative and alternative interventions such as diet, exercise, meditation, and supplement use.

Different psychotherapies are used and tailored to fit you. I am trained in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal
Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy

I do Telehealth for patients in Florida and see patients in Hawaii both in-person and via telehealth. Currently, I accept only insurance for Hawaii.
